We hope you love your new purchase from Carp Addict Clothing. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
- Submit a return request though our returns portal here.
- Specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, we will send out the new item once the return is approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges. We may require photographic evidence to support any damage claims and is at the discretion of our customer service team.
